The award-winning Pearl is an eclectic eatery located between the picturesque fishing village of North Rustico and Cavendish Beach on PEI's North Shore. There is a love of detail that shows up not only in the food, but in the creative ambiance of The Pearl. Patrons return each spring anticipating the changes made, they will not be disappointed. The Pearl is an avid supporter of local farmers and fishers, which provides a cornucopia from which Chef Fred Dickieson creates the ever-evolving menu. "I eat, cook, drink and think cooking and food" says Fred, who has spent the past twenty years in London, England compiling an impressive background as a restaurateur, caterer to the Brit Awards, co-authoring the award winning COLOUR cookbook and cooking dinner for Linda and Paul McCartney. Joining Fred as Sous Chef, is Chef Matt Chandler with an exciting announcement of his own coming soon. The Pearl is a Taste Our Island Award Winner, ZAGAT Rating 27, 28, 28 and winner of Best Decor.
