The Points East Tulip Festival
During the festival celebration, 400,000 tulip blooms will be sprouting up at several points along the Points East Coastal Drive adding a shock of color to look-offs, community entrances, and intersections. Communities that are taking place in this tulip festival include Stratford, Montague, Morell, Mount Stewart, Georgetown, Murray Harbour, and Souris.
The premier event for the Tulip Trail & Festival is the “You-Pick Tulip & Pick-up Bouquets” located at Balderston Farm Market 10897 Trans Canada Highway, Stratford from May 10–20, with a special Festival Day on Sunday, May 19 that features Island music, artisans and food throughout the day.
