Prince County Exhibition in AlbertonPrince County Exhibition Grounds (beside the rink)
Start your day by enjoying the parade through the town of Alberton, which begins at 10 am, and finishes off in front of the fair grounds. Hinchey's Rides and Amusements opens at 12 pm, as does the food sampling at the Savour the Flavour of PEI Products. At 12:30 pm there is a Rising Star Competition in the Arena, with a Heavy Horse show at 1pm. In the afternoon enjoy harness racing, the celebrated Lone Wolf Dancers, a Mechanical Bull Ride, and the Helping Hands Band, all beginning at 2 pm. Greatly enjoyed children's entertainer Michael Pendergast will take to the stage at 2:30 pm, and the entertainment will flow after this, with an Acadian House Party at 4pm, the Youth Strongman and Fit Chick Competition at 6 pm, and Local Talent in the Rink from 7:30 pm- on.
